Anna Tracey is a passionate yogi, entrpreneur, teacher and coach. She specializes in using intentional movement, somatic intelligence, and holistic wellness practices to improve mental, physical and spiritual health. With focus on women's wellness, she works with and advocates for fellow survivors of cPTSD as well as those recovering from substance abuse and eating disorders. Whether the focus be on mindset, movement, body image, or reducing alcohol consumption, Anna is able to work with a wide variety of clients sharing the common goal of building a loving relationship to themselves.
